My Schooner & Lighthouse Range of End Grain Chopping Boards are individually handmade from hardwoods sourced from sustainable forestry at my workshop in Malahide, Co. Dublin The Schooner Wave End Grain Chopping Board is Handmade in Walnut, Cherry, Iroko & Birch Ply, fitted with recessed handles for ease of lifting and finished with antibacterial worktop oil. End grain chopping & cutting boards are the ideal choice for cooks and chefs as they can last for years as your primary cutting surface and are also more gentle on your knives. All my boards are individually named and supplied with a handwritten, signed card listing the hardwoods used and after care information. All timbers have been sustainably sourced from Irish distributors.
