A 8.35cts. moonstone reverse set in one 18KT rose gold sculpted ring. Surrounding the moonstone are four small reverse set eight amethyst cabochons. Accompanying these gemstones are three hundred and twenty-five is pavé set 1.1mm brilliant cut pink sapphires and rubies.
