Carving A Woodspirit

This is a wonderful introduction to the Workshop environment.

Carving the Woodspirit is one day course. You will discover that it is a very hands-on experience, but not just your hands, your full attention will be engaged. You will be using carving chisels and a timber mallet, and your energy and imagination will be drawn in as you progress. Your own creativity will have space to develop, with careful guidance and plenty of encouragement from your tutor Tommy. The project is different for everybody who takes part because each finished piece is unique.

This is a great day out, you will enjoy learning a new skill or improve your carving if you have already tried it before. You will enjoy focusing your mind on the task, meeting a few new people and you will be surprised at what you can create.
