This month marks 21 years since Design Ireland jewellery brand Enibas was first stocked by the Kilkenny store.

In celebration of this significant anniversary, a special collection, exclusive to Kilkenny, has been created. The collection is entitled "Anam" meaning "Soul" and features intricate Celtic lettering engraved on discs which are made in silver and 9ct gold.

Enibas was established in 1993 in West Cork by Sabine Lenz who has two shops in the area - one in Kinsale and one in Schull. All Enibas jewellery is made by hand in the company's Schull workshop with great care and attention to detail.

"The relationship between Enibas and Kilkenny has been really important for our brand which, 21 years ago, was a fledgling business in rural West Cork," says Sabine. "Working with Kilkenny has allowed us to grow and we are always proud to be stocked in Kilkenny as it is a phenomenal Irish brand that really supports Irish designers. As an unknown jewellery designer in the Nineties it was such a thrill to be asked to stock Kilkenny stores and I still get excited to see our pieces displayed in their stores today."

Enibas jewellery is known for being both sentimental and emotive and for conveying messages that resonate with the wearer. This new collection sees prices starting at €79 for a silver chain, 'grá' disc and initial disc, while additional initial discs can be added for €39 (silver) and €98 (gold).

On-the-spot personalisation is available at Kilkenny stores in Nassau Street and Stillorgan in Dublin as well as at the Kilkenny stores in Cork and Galway. Personalisation can also be arranged to order at other stores nationwide.

Enibas and Kilkenny have enjoyed a close working relationship collaborating through the years to establish the range. We are delighted to be celebrating this milestone together and launching this exclusive range."

"It goes to show that when Irish brands support each other amazing things can happen and grow from that," continues Enibas founder Sabine Lenz. "I look forward to many more years of working with Kilkenny - with plans already underfoot for the next collection which will remain true the style which our customers have come to expect from Enibas - timeless, thoughtful and something to be handed on to the next generation."
