Waters + Wild bring their handmade organic perfumes to Stand A48 in the Industries Hall this year. Following considerable interest at international trade shows in Europe this year, founder Jo Woods brings Ireland's first certified organic perfume to the RDS. Jo's range includes her Cedarwood and Cognac fragrance for men as well as her warm, sensuous Tuberose and Frankincense fragrance.

"The heart of Waters + Wild centres on enjoying the benefits of organic and carefully sourced ingredients from tuberose to rose otto while revelling in the sensual pleasure of fragrance," says Jo. "I believe in buying less but buying the best and Christmas is an especially important time to invest in special pieces for people you love."

Czech born architect turned jewellery designerFilip Vanas is one of Ireland's most exciting contemporary jewellery designers and his work is characterised by the unusual use of anodised aluminium in combination with stainless steel and silver. Bright colours, simple shapes and dramatic contrasts are key to his work.

"A good example are my cufflinks, in which I explore alternative concepts of how a cufflink can work. Other notable designs are the new Tensor necklace and Binomial range of unisex bracelets," says Filip.

This year at Gifted, Filip is also exhibiting his recent project Silverdoodle - a really cute line of custom-made keepsake jewellery created from children’s drawings and babies’ hand and foot prints.

"Silverdoodle is a joint venture with my wife Marie and was inspired by the doodles and scribbles of our three kids when we were looking for personal and original gifts for our family that lives far away," says Filip. Each Silverdoodle piece is completely unique and made to order from sterling silver and epoxy resin.

Filip Vanas is at B31 on the Balcony.
