An avid photographer, Debbie is inspired by her travels and her tagline “Make the Story Yours” encourages the wearer to take her travel-inspired designs and to interpret them in their own way. “My hope is that people might feel drawn to a particular design, as it may spark a fond memory for them, or that they might want to share in the story of the design but make it personal to them,” says the designer.

Debbie has spent the past 17 years working in costume for film, theatre and television and it’s safe to say that the fashion design graduate has a fantastic eye for colour.

Debbie’s range of scarves offers terrific variety, both in terms of design, but also of size.

The collection consists of classic neck squares, large silk wraps, stoles, neckties and wool-blend wraps to suit every occasion or personal style requirement.

Terrific at any time of year, the large silk wraps really come in to their own during the summer when they can been added to a simple dress or trouser suit for a special occasion or worn as a glamorous wrap at the beach or poolside.

“Movie-making opened many doors for me allowing me to learn new skills and work alongside great talents and celebrities from stage and screen,” says Debbie of the career-path that led her to her current position in accessories design. “It opened my eyes to the history of costume design, researching every era and genre, nurtured by the fabulous fabrics, embroideries, beadwork and woven textiles that we sourced from all corners of the globe.”
